Remote Support Access Instructions (AnyDesk)

Important Notice - Privacy & Security Notice

By sharing your AnyDesk ID, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Remote access will be provided strictly for support purposes.
  • You must ensure no sensitive information is visible during the session, including:
  • Passwords
  • Banking or financial data
  • Personal identification data
  • Confidential company information
  • You are responsible for closing or minimizing sensitive applications before the session starts.

By providing the AnyDesk code, you confirm:

  • You authorize temporary remote access for troubleshooting purposes.
  • You understand and accept responsibility for securing your data during the session.
  • Access is limited strictly to resolving the reported issue.

Step 1: Install AnyDesk

  1. Visit Anydesk https://anydesk.com
  2. Download and install AnyDesk https://anydesk.com/en/downloads
  3. Launch the application after installation

Step 2: Get Your Access Code

  1. Open AnyDesk
  2. Locate Your Address
  3. Click & Copy the 10-digit AnyDesk ID shown on screen

Step 3: Send the Code via Existing Support Ticket

Please reply to your existing support ticket email and provide your AnyDesk ID.
